By purchasing a Full Throttle Intensives Ltd course you are entering into a contract between Full Throttle Intensives Ltd and yourself and are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please make sure you have read and understood them before purchasing a package from us -

Terms and conditions

By booking a course you confirm that you hold a valid uk provisional driving licence.
All courses require a non refundable deposit of £250.
If a refund is required and deemed eligible then this will be minus the non refundable deposit of £250 and refunded back to the original payment method
By booking a course, Full Throttle Intensives Ltd agree to be your agent and will book your driving test and find you a suitable instructor to help get you on the road. We are also here every step of the way with managing your course and dealing with any queries that may arise.
Once you have been introduced to your instructor any contract is between yourself and your instructor who is independent. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your instructor, we can seek to make adaptations where deemed reasonable.
Full Throttle Intensives Ltd is not part of the agreement between yourself and your instructor and Full Throttle Intensives Ltd will not be liable for any claims that arise regarding your instructor, except if we are at fault.
We require at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a lesson, or the lesson hours will be lost. Individual instructors may have variations on this policy and you are responsible for confirming with them what their policy regarding this is.
All courses need to be paid for in full, at least 7 days before your first lesson is due to start.
We guarantee that the instructor we find for you shall be suitable and fully qualified and that all training cars used are above standard.
Reducing your course hours once you have been allocated your instructor will not be possible, since you will have already agreed to a set amount of hours.
The availability of test dates is out of Full Throttle Intensives Ltd control, so we cannot guarantee a test on a specific time, date or location, but we will do our best to try to accommodate such requests.
Full Throttle Intensives Ltd is not responsible for driving tests that are rescheduled or cancelled by the DVSA, but we will do our best to facilitate any changes.
Full Throttle Intensives Ltd cannot guarantee that you will pass your driving test first time, as it will require you to apply your own skills and knowledge to pass the test, which you would have gained throughout your driving lessons with your instructor. We also cannot guarantee that you will be test ready upon completing the hours that you pay for, however this will be discussed with your instructor who will try their hardest to get you test ready within the hours purchased. If further hours are needed we will try and facilitate this.
If all payments after the initial deposit have not been made in full 7 days before your first lesson is due to start, Full Throttle Intensives Ltd reserves the right to put on hold or cancel your course minus the £250 deposit.
Any personal data provided to Full Throttle Intensives Ltd will be held and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. The only data we will share with your driving instructor is your name, address and contact telephone number that has been provided by yourself in order for them to book in and provide your driving lessons. We may use your personal data to contact you about your course. We will never share your details with any 3rd party provider.
Full Throttle Intensives Ltd will log into the DVSA website using your details provided, to book or rearrange your driving test. This will mean that we will receive notifications on your behalf. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you consent to us doing this.
We take all customer complaints seriously. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, please contact us immediately. We aim to investigate all issues within 48 hours.
